  • Defence Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities
          Identify and pursue business opportunities in defence and paramilitary segments.
          Build and maintain relations with procurement officers, OEMs, and system integrators.
          Track tenders, RFPs, and defence offset projects relevant to our product portfolio.
          Coordinate with technical and proposal teams to ensure timely submissions.
          Represent the company at defence expos, vendor meets, and industry conferences.
    Desired Profile
          Ex-servicemen or professionals with strong defence network preferred.
          Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
          Exposure to Indian defence tendering procedures (GeM, MOD, DRDO, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Manager – Defence Accounts

    Key Responsibilities
          Act as the single point of contact for assigned defence clients.
          Manage client queries, project updates, and bid progress communication.
          Support the BD and Proposal teams with client inputs and documentation.
          Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
          Participate in review meetings and feedback sessions with clients.
    Desired Profile
          Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
          Experience in client servicing, preferably in defence, aerospace, or consulting.
          Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
  • Government Tender & Liaison Officer

    Key Responsibilities
          Monitor and download tenders from CPPP, GeM, and state portals.
          Prepare bid checklists, documentation, and ensure complete compliance.
          Liaise with government departments for pre-bid meetings and clarifications.
          Submit physical or online bids within stipulated deadlines.
          Maintain rapport with procurement officers and department staff.
    Desired Profile
          Prior experience in government tendering / liaisoning is a must.
          Familiarity with e-procurement portals and documentation formats.
          Candidate should be disciplined, deadline-oriented, and well-versed in official communication.
